Responsible for overseeing a team of proposal managers, solution architects and writers to develop compelling, compliant proposal products; and implementing a repeatable bid and pursuit process across the entire organization. Collaborate across Aptive’s Accounts, business development and capture teams to prioritize schedules, shape marketing and capture efforts and lead proposal strategy and processes.
